Some days I feel anxious like all of my responsibilities in life are making me feel overwhelmed. Can you relate? What do you do on days like this? Apply to your life: God wants us to give him all our troubles. He did not create us to hold all of our anxious thoughts to ourselves.

Apply to your life: God has given us the privilege to run to him as our safe place. When you feel like there’s no place to go on Earth, go to God.

Apply to your life: When we worry, we aren’t solving any of our problems. He created us knowing that we would need consistent help. He is strong in our times of weakness.

Apply to your life: Give the Lord your anxiety and he will give you joy in return.

Apply to your life: When you give your cares to Jesus, you are permitting him to fight for you.
